A somewhat incoherent sampler of folk-rock, prog rock, and prog-tinged hard rock, Island's Nice Enough to Eat nonetheless has a stellar artist lineup: Nick Drake, Fairport Convention, Free, Jethro Tull, King Crimson, Traffic, Blodwyn Pig, Doctor Strangely Strange, Quintessence, and Mott the Hoople. It's not inconceivable that listeners who enjoy one of those styles will also enjoy the others, so it may be worth picking up if you're looking for any of these tracks in particular. AllMusic
